Jego has completed a new eZ publish website for Michael Fairclough's paintings
Michael Fairclough is a British Painter - Printmaker and international exhibiter, mainly of British / Irish landscapes and seascapes. This site built in eZ publish 3 enables him to showcase his paintings as well as increase his international market. The site also provides him with the option to sell his paintings online.
Artist Statement
To me painting is about texture, rhythm and light. The rhythms are those of the wind and the waves, of bird wings and calls, drawn out and slow or sharp and frenetic like the music of Donegal. The light is all pervading, glimmering reflections of sea and wet rock or colossal shafts of light through clouds - and always, always, changing. Repetition and familiarity do not breed contempt but the very opposite - a need to explore the richness which stems from just such a limitation, the finding of a whole world in a grain of granite.
